All members of this ongoing and changing community recognise and commit to their role in shaping the organisation. KAG provides an important and immediate support network for any visual artist who joins. This enables informal and friendly artistic and professional development amongst peers. |
 |
| The membership includes, and has included, those who are employed in the arts and other roles, the unemployed, overseas artists, students, artists returning to live and work in the area, and those wishing to develop artistically and professionally.
